Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

Section 01

Introduction & Scope

In brief: We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy covers two contexts: our public websites (where we may collect limited data) and the self-hosted Aexyr product (which operates entirely on your infrastructure).

At AxonStellar LLC (“AxonStellar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your data. This Privacy Policy covers two distinct contexts: (1) our public-facing websites and storefront, where we collect limited information to process purchases and provide support, and (2) the Aexyr platform itself, which is a self-hosted product that runs entirely on your own infrastructure and does not transmit data to AxonStellar.

This policy applies to visitors of our websites, customers who purchase licenses, and users of the self-hosted Aexyr platform. By using any AxonStellar service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Section 02

Definitions

In brief: Key terms used throughout this policy to help you understand how we describe your data and our services.

To help you understand this policy, here are key terms we use throughout:

  • Personal Data means any information that identifies or could reasonably identify you as an individual.
  • Service Data means the content, instructions, code, configurations, and outputs you create within the self-hosted Aexyr platform. Service Data resides entirely on your infrastructure and is never transmitted to AxonStellar.
  • AI Processing refers to the use of large language models (LLMs) and autonomous agents to interpret your instructions, generate code, manage infrastructure, and perform tasks on your behalf.
  • Platform refers to the self-hosted Aexyr application, including the web UI, chat interface, service management dashboard, monitoring tools, and the underlying container environment — all of which run locally on your infrastructure.
  • Storefront refers to AxonStellar’s public-facing websites used for marketing, documentation, license purchases, and support.
Section 03

Information We Collect

In brief: We collect limited information through our storefront when you make a purchase or contact us. The self-hosted Aexyr platform does not collect or transmit any data to AxonStellar.

Storefront & Purchase Data: When you visit our websites or purchase a license, we may collect:

  • Information you provide directly — such as your email address and payment details when you purchase a license.
  • Information collected automatically — such as IP address, browser type, and device information when you visit our websites.
  • License activation data — your license key and a randomly generated instance identifier, transmitted once during the one-time activation process.

Self-Hosted Platform: The Aexyr platform runs entirely on your infrastructure. AxonStellar does not collect, receive, access, or transmit any data from your self-hosted instance. All chat messages, AI interactions, service configurations, deployment logs, code, projects, and files remain exclusively on your machine. No telemetry, analytics, usage data, or diagnostics are collected or transmitted to AxonStellar.

Section 04

How We Use Your Information

In brief: We use storefront data to process purchases, deliver license keys, and provide support. We have no access to data within your self-hosted Aexyr instance.

We use the limited information we collect through our storefront and websites to:

  • Process license purchases and deliver license keys via email
  • Validate one-time license activation requests
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
  • Communicate product updates (with your consent)
  • Prevent fraud and enforce our terms of service

We do not have access to your Service Data. All AI processing, code generation, service deployment, and infrastructure management occurs entirely within your self-hosted Docker container. AxonStellar never receives, processes, or stores your instructions, AI outputs, configurations, or any content created within the platform.

Section 05

AI Processing & Automated Decision-Making

In brief: AI processing occurs entirely within your self-hosted instance. AxonStellar is not involved in AI operations. Your API keys and data never pass through AxonStellar servers.

The Aexyr platform uses artificial intelligence — including large language models (LLMs) — to process your instructions, generate code, manage infrastructure, and perform autonomous tasks. All AI processing occurs entirely within your self-hosted Docker container.

Your instructions are sent directly from your container to the LLM provider of your choice (such as OpenRouter, Anthropic, or OpenAI) using your own API keys. AxonStellar does not act as an intermediary, proxy, or relay for these communications. Your API keys are stored locally within your container and are never transmitted to AxonStellar.

The platform’s autonomous agents may make automated decisions within your container, such as restarting services, adjusting configurations, or deploying updates. You retain full control and can override, review, or disable any autonomous action through the platform’s management interface. You are solely responsible for the third-party LLM providers you choose and their respective privacy policies and data handling practices.

Section 06

Legal Basis for Processing

In brief: We process your data based on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations.

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Performance of a contract — to process your license purchase and deliver your license key.
  • Legitimate interests — to prevent fraud, protect our intellectual property, and improve our websites and services.
  • Your consent — for marketing communications and optional data uses.
  • Compliance with legal obligations — to meet applicable laws and regulations.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we carefully balance our interests against your rights and freedoms. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time.

Section 07

How We Share Your Information

In brief: We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers, when required by law, or in connection with corporate transactions.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers and sub-processors who help us operate our storefront and deliver services, such as payment processing (Paddle) and email delivery.
  • Affiliated companies within the AxonStellar corporate family.
  • Legal requirements — when required by law, legal process, or government request.
  • Corporate transactions — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice to you.

All third-party service providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify. Note: Third-party services you choose to integrate within your self-hosted Aexyr instance (such as LLM API providers) are configured by you directly. Your data flows from your container to those providers without passing through AxonStellar. A list of our storefront sub-processors is available upon request.

Section 08

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

In brief: Our websites use strictly necessary cookies. The self-hosted Aexyr platform uses local session cookies that never leave your network.

AxonStellar Websites: Our storefront and public websites use cookies to operate and improve the experience:

  • Strictly necessary cookies enable core functionality such as authentication and session management.

Self-Hosted Platform: The Aexyr platform uses local session cookies for authentication within your own network. These cookies are exchanged only between your browser and your local Aexyr instance — they are never transmitted to AxonStellar or any third party. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies on any AxonStellar property.

Section 09

International Data Transfers

In brief: Purchase and activation data may be transferred to the United States. Service Data within your self-hosted instance never leaves your infrastructure.

AxonStellar LLC is based in the United States. If you purchase a license from outside the US, your purchase data (email address, payment information processed by Paddle, and license activation data) may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers, including compliance with applicable data transfer frameworks.

Service Data within your self-hosted Aexyr instance is never transferred to AxonStellar or any AxonStellar-controlled server. Your self-hosted data remains entirely within your own infrastructure. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we ensure that any transfer of personal data related to purchases is accompanied by appropriate legal mechanisms to protect your rights.

Section 10

Data Retention

In brief: We retain purchase and license records as required for business and legal purposes. Service Data on your self-hosted instance is under your sole control.

We retain purchase records, license activation data, and support correspondence for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations (including tax and financial record-keeping), and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at [email protected], and we will process your request within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Service Data within your self-hosted Aexyr instance is stored entirely on your own infrastructure and is under your sole control. AxonStellar does not have access to, and cannot delete, modify, or retain, any data within your container. You are responsible for managing your own backups and data retention.

Section 11

Data Security

In brief: We secure our storefront and services with industry-standard measures. The self-hosted platform includes built-in security features for your local environment.

Storefront & Services: We implement industry-standard technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect purchase and license data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security assessments.

Self-Hosted Platform: The Aexyr platform includes built-in security features for your local environment:

  • Role-based access controls and authentication
  • Container-based architecture with process isolation
  • Restricted user security model (non-root agent runtime)
  • Encrypted license and trial state storage
  • SSL/TLS support for service endpoints

As the Aexyr platform is self-hosted, you are responsible for securing your host environment, network, and Docker configuration. We encourage you to use strong passwords, keep your system updated, and follow security best practices.

Section 12

Your Privacy Rights

In brief: You have the right to access, correct, delete, port, and restrict processing of your data. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • The right to access and receive a copy of your data
  • The right to correct inaccurate data
  • The right to request deletion of your data
  • The right to restrict or object to processing
  • The right to data portability
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Section 13

US State Privacy Rights

In brief: Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights. AxonStellar does not sell personal information.

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or another US state with comprehensive privacy legislation, you may have additional rights under applicable state law. These may include:

  • The right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used
  • The right to delete your personal information
  • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (AxonStellar does not sell personal information)
  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights

California residents may also request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom information is shared. To submit a request, contact [email protected].

Section 14

Children’s Privacy

In brief: AxonStellar is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

AxonStellar is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 16 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected].

Section 15

Third-Party Links & Integrations

In brief: We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services linked from or integrated with our platform.

The AxonStellar platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or integrations that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you connect to or access through the platform.

When you use third-party integrations within your self-hosted Aexyr instance (such as connecting to LLM providers via API keys or deploying to external hosting), all data flows directly from your container to the third-party service without passing through AxonStellar. The data you share with those services is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Section 16

Changes to This Policy

In brief: We will notify you of material changes by updating this page and, where appropriate, by email.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify you via email or through the platform interface.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of AxonStellar after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
