Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 13, 2026

Section 01

Introduction & Scope

In brief: We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your data across all AxonStellar services.

At AxonStellar LLC (“AxonStellar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have when you use the AxonStellar platform — including our web interface, AI agent services, infrastructure management tools, and related services.

This policy applies to all users who interact with AxonStellar’s products and services, whether through our web UI, API, or any other means of access. By using AxonStellar, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Section 02

Definitions

In brief: Key terms used throughout this policy to help you understand how we describe your data and our services.

To help you understand this policy, here are key terms we use throughout:

  • Personal Data means any information that identifies or could reasonably identify you as an individual.
  • Service Data means the content, instructions, code, configurations, and outputs you create or provide while using the AxonStellar platform.
  • AI Processing refers to the use of large language models (LLMs) and autonomous agents to interpret your instructions, generate code, manage infrastructure, and perform tasks on your behalf.
  • Platform refers to the AxonStellar application, including the web UI, chat interface, service management dashboard, monitoring tools, and the underlying container environments in which your services operate.
Section 03

Information We Collect

In brief: We collect information you provide directly, data generated through platform usage, and certain information automatically.

We collect information in three ways:

  • Information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and payment details when you create an account, and any content you voluntarily submit through the platform.
  • Information generated through your use of the platform — such as chat messages, service configurations, deployment logs, and AI agent interaction history.
  • Information collected automatically — such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and usage analytics.

When you interact with AxonStellar’s AI agents, the instructions you provide and the responses generated are processed to deliver the service. We may also collect technical telemetry from your container environments — including service health metrics, port configurations, and resource utilization — to ensure reliable operation and support our autonomous monitoring capabilities.

Section 04

How We Use Your Information

In brief: We use your data to provide, maintain, and improve the platform. We do not use identifiable Service Data to train AI models without your consent.

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the AxonStellar platform. This includes:

  • Processing your instructions through our AI agents
  • Deploying and managing services on your behalf
  • Monitoring infrastructure health and performance
  • Providing customer support and responding to inquiries
  • Communicating service notifications and (with your consent) product updates
  • Enforcing our terms of service and preventing abuse

We may use aggregated and anonymized data to improve our AI models, optimize platform performance, and develop new features. We do not use your identifiable Service Data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Section 05

AI Processing & Automated Decision-Making

In brief: AxonStellar uses AI agents and LLMs to process your instructions and manage infrastructure. You retain full control and can override any autonomous action.

AxonStellar uses artificial intelligence — including large language models (LLMs) — to process your instructions, generate and deploy code, manage infrastructure, and perform autonomous monitoring and remediation. When you interact with AxonStellar’s AI agents, your instructions are sent to LLM providers for processing. These providers are bound by data processing agreements that prohibit them from using your data for their own training purposes.

Our autonomous agents may make automated decisions about your infrastructure, such as restarting failed services, adjusting configurations, or deploying updates. These decisions are made based on predefined rules and real-time health monitoring. You retain full control and can override, review, or disable any autonomous action through the platform’s management interface.

You may opt out of having your Service Data used for AxonStellar’s own model improvement by contacting us at [email protected].

Section 06

Legal Basis for Processing

In brief: We process your data based on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations.

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Performance of a contract — to provide you with the AxonStellar services you signed up for.
  • Legitimate interests — to maintain platform security, prevent fraud, and improve our services.
  • Your consent — for marketing communications and optional data uses.
  • Compliance with legal obligations — to meet applicable laws and regulations.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we carefully balance our interests against your rights and freedoms. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time.

Section 07

How We Share Your Information

In brief: We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers, when required by law, or in connection with corporate transactions.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers and sub-processors who help us operate the platform, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, and LLM API providers.
  • Affiliated companies within the AxonStellar corporate family.
  • Legal requirements — when required by law, legal process, or government request.
  • Corporate transactions — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice to you.

All third-party service providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify. A list of our current sub-processors is available upon request.

Section 08

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

In brief: We use strictly necessary and analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the AxonStellar platform:

  • Strictly necessary cookies enable core functionality such as authentication and session management.

If you access our services from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we ensure that any transfer of personal data is accompanied by appropriate legal mechanisms to protect your rights.

Section 10

Data Retention

In brief: We retain data as long as necessary to provide services. Account data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days of account deletion.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or financial record-keeping.

Service Data stored within your container environments is retained for the duration of your account and deleted upon account termination, subject to any backup retention periods.

Section 11

Data Security

In brief: We use industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and container isolation to protect your data.

We implement industry-standard technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest
  • Role-based access controls and authentication
  • Regular security assessments and vulnerability scanning
  • Incident detection and response procedures
  • Container-based architecture providing isolation between user environments

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and protect your account credentials.

Section 12

Your Privacy Rights

In brief: You have the right to access, correct, delete, port, and restrict processing of your data. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights

California residents may also request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom information is shared. To submit a request, contact [email protected].

Section 14

In brief: AxonStellar is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

AxonStellar is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 16 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you connect to or access through the platform.

When you use third-party integrations within AxonStellar (such as connecting external APIs or deploying to external hosting), the data you share with those services is governed by their respective privacy policies.
